REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR INSERT LH

3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR INSERT RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR LH

5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Install the 2 clips.

(b) Install the rear bumper side support LH with 2 new grommets.

8. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. INSTALL LOWER REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

(a) Engage the 2 clips.

(b) Install the lower rear bumper side retainer RH with the screw.

10. INSTALL LOWER REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Engage the 2 clips.

(b) Install the lower rear bumper side retainer LH with the screw.

11. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH (for TMC Made)

(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 2 rear bumper side retainer RH.

12. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH (for TMC Made)

(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 2 rear bumper side retainer LH.

13. INSTALL REAR BUMPER UPPER RETAINER LH

15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM INNER COVER LH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

24. INSTALL CENTER REAR BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)

(a) Engage the 14 guides to install the center rear bumper extension sub-assembly.

(b) Install the 2 clips and 9 outside moulding retainers.

25. INSTALL REAR BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the 2 guides.

(b) Install 4 new grommets.

(c) Install the rear bumper extension sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

26. INSTALL REAR BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

27. INSTALL REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the guide and claw.

(b) Install the reflex reflector assembly LH with the screw.

28. INSTALL REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

29. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PAD RH

REPLACEMENT CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT CAUTION: To avoid the danger of being burned, do not remove the reserve tank cap or drain cock plug while the coolant (for inverter) is still hot. Pressurized, hot coolant (for inverter) and steam may be released and cause serious burns. *1
