DESCRIPTION
The airbag ECU assembly has a built-in yaw rate and acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.
The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) memorizes the range of the acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) and the range of vehicle speed calculated using each speed sensor.
If the range of the acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) and the range of vehicle speed calculated using each speed sensor are judged to be abnormal when compared to their past memorized range, this DTC is stored.
DTC No. | Detection Item | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area |
---|---|---|---|
C05202A | Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module "A" Signal Stuck In Range | The memorized range (longitudinal) of the acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) is judged to be abnormal when compared to its past memorized range. | Acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) |
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
NOTICE:
After replacing or reinstalling the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly), perform acceleration sensor zero point calibration and store system information memorization after performing "Reset Memory".
