Lexus ES: Installation

INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:

Do not touch the speaker cone.

(a) Engage the 2 guides to temporarily install the rear speaker assembly.

(b) Install the rear speaker assembly with the 2 screws.

(c) w/ Sub Wire Harness:

(1) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM UPPER PAD

5. INSTALL REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH REAR DOOR UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL

6. INSPECT POWER WINDOW OPERATION
